Vital Seed offers botanical skincare-related products, natural glycerin soap bases, soaps, personalized creations and selected supplies for makers.

References in these Terms to “Vital Seed,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to the business operating the Vital Seed brand.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Personalized and custom orders

Personalized soaps and other custom creations are handled individually according to the customer’s requested project, quantity, specifications and available production options.

A personalized-product inquiry does not create an obligation to purchase. Pricing and project details may be discussed directly with Vital Seed before an order is confirmed.

Once a personalized or custom order has been approved and payment has been made, it is considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, wording, quantities, colors, design requests and other personalization details before approving a custom order. Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible and may result in additional charges when a change can reasonably be accommodated.

Product use and customer responsibility
